It features a well-cut leaf motif that sits in the center, within the break in the middle, before its top and bottom leaves connect to the shank on either side. Each of the leaves on the sprig is decorated with round cut diamonds. There is a total of 15 prong set round cut diamonds embellishing the leaves, 3 each on the 5-leaf sprig.
