A beautiful necklace from the Georgian (ca1750s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold, this necklace is comprised of 38 garnet links. Each oval-cut garnet is held within a backed multi-prong setting, and the stones have an approximate total carat weight of 50ctw. The garnets are wonderfully faceted and display an incredible vivid purplish-red hue. The necklace secures with a push clasp, and features an additional safety chain.
