A beautiful moonstone ring from the Art Deco (ca1930) era! This lovely piece features a gorgeous moonstone cabochon set within a 14k rose gold mounting. The alluring moonstone has exceptional color and clarity, displaying iridescent flashes of pale, pearlescent blue. The translucent, semi-iridescent quality of the moonstone is simply mesmerizing! Surrounding the open-back bezel setting is a delicate scrolling motif border, which has a simple yet attractive effect. The band is thin and smooth, and features a “14k” hallmark. A gorgeous moonstone, it looks perfect within the rosy gold setting and would make a special everyday piece!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7.75, but could easily be re-sized up or down if desired. The moonstone center measures 3/4″ tall, 1/2″ wide, and rests 1/2″ above the finger when worn.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or moonstone cabochon, which is intact.
