An exquisite diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 18k white gold, this piece features a solitaire 1ct cushion cut diamond. The diamond, which is prong-set, displays S color and VS2 clarity. The shoulders and gallery of the ring feature highly-intricate filigree detailing. Each shoulder of the ring also features a delicate bow-motif and wheat-motif engravings. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped with an “18K” purity mark. Measurements: The ring is a size 5.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.3mm.
Condition: The ring is in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting, and the diamond is intact and securely set.
