A fantastic pair of rock quartz crystal earrings from the Art Nouveau (ca1910s) era! Traditionally known as “Pools of Light,” these gorgeous earrings feature two rock quartz crystal balls, which are each held within a sterling silver frame, which is decorated with floral motifs. The top orb is smaller, and the bottom orb is slightly larger. The earrings feature a circular, sterling silver surmount and are completed by simple earring posts and friction backs. A marvelous example of Art Nouveau craftsmanship, these earrings would make a lovely addition to any collection!
Measurements: The earrings are 2 1/8″ long. The smaller ball has a diameter of 1/2″, and the larger ball has a diameter of 3/4″.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling setting setting or rock quartz crystal balls. The earring posts and friction backs are in working order.
