A darling engagement ring from the Retro (ca1940s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features a central 1.06ct modern round brilliant cut diamond. The diamond, which is held within a four-prong setting, displays I/J color and VS2 clarity. The shoulders of the ring are represented on each side by 2 square-shape plaques, which are further encrusted with small bead-set single cut diamonds. Overall, the smaller diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of .08ctw. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped “CERTIFIED PLAT”. An elegant ring, this piece would be perfect for any upcoming proposal!
Measurements: The ring is a size 5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.9mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
