An absolutely outstanding diamond ring from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! This breathtaking piece is made of 14k yellow gold and features a gorgeous diamond set in a flush mounting decorated with intricate etchings. Resting at the center of the ring is an approximately 0.65ct H/I SI1 Dutch rose cut diamond. The mounting and shoulders are beautifully detailed with intricate scrolled engravings that continue into the smoothly polished band, the inside of which is stamped with a “14” purity mark. An incredible example of a uniquely cut diamond in a beautiful feminine mounting, it would make a spectacular addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7.25 but could be easily re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and the diamond is intact and securely set.
